Dual tunner issue with Hauppauge PVR 500

I'm using the Hauppauge PVR 500 dual tuner card. I'm unable to get the second tuner to show what I have connected to it, all it is showing is what is connected to the first tuner. I have followed all the directions from the wiki and am confident both deceives were installed correctly (both show up in the config and detector and the board numbers match the device type detector.) I would prefer to use a manual EPG. I've been trying to get this to work for several hours today trying every possible combination of settings I can think of with no luck. Has anyone had a similar problem or have any ideas on what I can do?

Do you have capture sources setup for device #1 and device #2?
If so, reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the logs.

Capture sources for both devices are set up. The sources are two different cable boxes.

So what did you do in the app for those logs, and what happened?

1. Configured capture sources, added record source, selected PVR 500 with FM tuner for device 1 (detected from the Device Type Detector), no EPG, added one channel (3) for the cable box. (This is the one that is showing up for both channels on Live TV)

2. Did the same but selected PVR 500 for device 2, no EPG, added one channel (3) for the cable box.

Then I ran GBPVR

I was more interested in seeing an attempted to use both devices at the same time. ie, two recordings at the same time.

You are using the additional AV connector board for the second cable box, right? My guess is that you are doing it correctly and can ignore this. I just wanted to mention it in case I could help.
I have a single cable connected directly to the RF connector on the board & the 500 splits the signal internally. You can't have one tuner use the rf connector on the board & the other use the AV connectors on the board itself. If you want the second tuner to use the AV, you need to plug in the additional AV connector set for the board.
