what do I set the device to?

When you setup your capture source, select the 'digital recording plugin'. Tick the 'only show devices detected in this machine' checkbox and it show show some matches. From GB-PVR's perspective, this is clone of the 'KWorld ATSC-110', so you'll probably end up choosing that.
