Problems with Live TV

Have yet another problem. Live TV look like a static picture. I can't understand, it was working fine a day ago. It just looks like a stacticed up version of normal tv.

Is this on a client machine of a client/server setup?

Do you have the same problem on the server directly?

It wasn't GBPVR, it was some card error, it was 10 bucks. Thanks anyways
