I've just experienced an issue on our NMT, although my wife says she's seen it several times before. The Skip Forward/Back buttons do not move by the configured 30 seconds. In fact, the skip back button alone actually skips ahead in the playback. I have to skip back 2 minutes (2 + back) to go back at all. This behavior appears to be unique to this file.
I figured it was the time base of the recording, but when I tried playing the video on my PC and MVPs it skips fwd/back just fine.
I've recently loaded the latest MVPMCX2, but according to my wife it's happened to her several times before, for sure dating back into June. I did not have the opportunity to test those files on my PC or MVPs.
Any thoughts? Would the log files help? If so, do I need to unplug the MVPs first?
Thanks,
-Brad
