Is there a detailed manual that shows each tab of the configuration program and what each field in that tab means and does?

I did a lot of work in this area almost two years ago, and tried to keep up.
It's taken too much of my time, and I have slipped into the background. I hope someone will pick up the torch and update it...

@zb1: did you read the wiki? You (or the others ) didn't mention it.
