Folks,

Ok I've missed something but I can't think what

it's a fresh windows 7 installation (Windows 7 Ultimate RTM) on my laptop (complete reformat) and I've got all the device drivers working fine and I'm good to go.

I've installed vcredist_x86.zip and GBPVR10407.msi.

Everything installed fine, Config works and is updating config.xml etc

When I start GBPVR is doesn't draw the GBPVR main menu, the Window is there and if up arrow and hit enter, I exit correctly....

I'm not seeing anthing in logs .. which I'll add once I'm home

Any suggestions??
Regards Systemshark

No window points to DirectX and/or video card drivers.

What video-renderer are you using?

Hi McBainUK,

Right out of the four options in playback -> Video Render :

VMR9 Custom - GBPVR reports it not supported
VMR9 Fullscreen Exclusive - GBPVR reports it not supported
Overlay - Draws window but no GBPVR menu
EVR - Draws window but no GBPVR menu.

I've executed DXDiags and your right it's using the standard windows drivers with no support for DirectX...

I'm now off hunting out the right video drivers....

All fixed... and DXDIAG reports DirectX is now enabled.

The orginial Microsoft (I know best) driver has been replaced with the ATI (bad / unsigned) driver and I'm good to go
