New A100 firmware 091022

There is new A100 firmware today http://www.networkedmediatank.com/showth...?tid=30386 I've been using it without difficulty with mvpmcx2 for about a week so if you do an online upgrade don't worry.

In general the release is average at best and it wouldn't pass my QA. The biggest new feature is idx/sub (Vobsub) support, but the quality is poor and it doesn't work via http.

Thanks for that, my enthusiasm for updating the moment something new comes out has diminished now that I know the size of the bruises I would get if the upgrade failed.

Considering the time since the last public release, the list does seem a bit sparse. I don't see mention of the very low audio from paying ISO's other than a fix for playing mp3s afterwards.

Ah well, stability is good too.
