I installed GB-PVR sometime ago with no problems but stopped using it as I think it had no custom record function at that time. I just installed it again but am having problems with some channels. A few channels have no sound , some sound like Mickey Mouse and some show up with "audio#2" written once or twice after the channel name and have no sound. Is it correct to get two or three versions of a channel ? If there was no audio at all that would be fine but having none for a few channels is weird. Also I am getting no reception for any BBC Radio channel which can't be right. Most TV channels are fine but BBC2 and SkySports have no sound.

In the UK, the ones with #2 are visually impaired comment audio, so you probably dont want to map to those. Mickey mouse audio is caused by the audio decoder you're using not liking the way the broadcaster has encoded the audio (so change audio decoder to correct).

Could it be this one? and if so, should it have made it to the survival guide? (updated config.exe)
(and maybe deleting any existing cache files created prior to the updated config.exe ???)

Still a bit baffled. I have tried all the audio options (although I'm not entirely sure what all the playback options mean) and still can't get any audio on certain channels (now including BBC1). Can different BBC channels require different codecs ?
