Live Preview

I've posted here a couple of times about live TV lockups. Different codecs haven't helped, but disabling Live Preview mode appears to have solved the problem.

Are there any disadvantages to turning off Live Preview?

Takes longer to change channels because it has to buffer but that's it.

And why did I think you lived in New Zealand??
