SUB,
1) Where did you go to find the pre-programed NetRadio channels currently being used? 2) How do I add, change or delete a channel(s)? (i don't see them in the DB) Thanks

It gets these lists from the shoutcast website (http://classic.shoutcast.com/directory/index.phtml), so unfortunately its not tweakable at your end.
The webradio plugin is more tweakable in this respect.
