Hello there, new to the program and new to the forum, first post so please bear with me.

I am using the program with my ATI TV Wonder 650 card. I live in Philadelphia area and use Comcast cable. The program is able to pick up all the QAM HD channels (ABC, FOX, NBC etc) except for Channel 3 KYW (CBS). I have tried the QAM manager with the Center Frequency and still can't find it. Anybody can help? TIA.

Zip and post your config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log and also post a zip code for your area (doesn't have to be yours, just one that I can use to look up channels for your area).

Two files zipped and attached. You can use zip code 08052. Thanks for the help!

See if you have a channel listed as "89.2 Unknown". If not, repost those logs after performing a scan.

You can also try changing the following two settings in config.xml before doing the scan and it may get picked up (use notepad and not wordpad to edit config.xml):
Code:
<BDAPsiScanWaitSeconds>25</BDAPsiScanWaitSeconds>

<BDAPsiScanStartupSeconds>5</BDAPsiScanStartupSeconds>

I do have a "89.2 Unkonw4" but it is "Bravo". My 89.1 is "Spike", 89.3 is "HGTV", 89.4 is "E". Here are some my QAM Channels and their frequencies: "WPHL" - 88.1 unknown, "WPVI"(ABC HD) - 6.1 WPVI-HD, "WTXF"(FOX) - 88.2 Unknown, "QCAU" (NBC HD) - 10.1 WCAU-DT.

Any extra thoughts?

The information on the Silicondust lineup server is out of date then unfortunately. It shows WPVIDT as being on 113.1 If you have checked all the unknown channels marked with an asterix (* means "unencrypted") and you still can't find it, try changing the config.xml entries I mentioned. This will cause GBPVR to wait a little longer for the PSIP data and more channels might possibly be "found".

Thanks for the help! But please look at the screen shot attached of my "Digital Channel Mapping" and the "Digital Channels found during Scan" section. I believe the channels are arranged in numerical order but see those channels fall between 108.2 and 114.4. Though the WPVI-HD is shown as 6.1, can its real frequency be 113.1? Anyway, I have gone through the unencrypted channels a lot of times. Besides the QAM for CBS, the other two digital channels I can't find are "GSN" and "TruTV". I will try to modify the config.xml file and see if I have any luck.

I can't read the image (too small) but it's possible that the real frequency is 113. If you zip and post your scan cache file, I can tell you for sure. You can also check for sure by searching the scan cache file for "WPVI-HD" then check the start of the line. It will look like "T:x,0,0~" where "x" is the physical channel number.
