No recording - not sure what happened

I got no recording, but the system made a folder for my recording - full log attached but here's what I can find as the issue

2010-06-18 00:29:35.593 VERBOSE FindFilterByName failed to locate filter: Hauppauge WinTV 418 BDA Tuner
2010-06-18 00:29:35.593 ERROR Failed to find BDA tuner filter: H
2010-06-18 00:29:35.593 VERBOSE BDARecorder::StopRecording()

Any ideas?
