Hi I have had GBPVR running for several years using MVP's with no issues. I have recently upgrading one to a PCH A-110. I have got GBPVR running on the box but when I try to access my Shared folders on my WHS it just sits trying to connect but then fails. It shows no messages. I tried setting up a share on my GBPVR server and I have access to this. I have access to all folders from GBPVR on the server and from my existing MVP's. I have enabled guest access with no password on the WHS. Any suggestions?

I am not sure what you are trying to achieve

- do you want to load mvpmcx2 from the whs share and not your gbpvr server?
- are you having trouble accessing files on your whs server through gbpvr? If you get them with your MVP you will get them with the PCH.
- are you having trouble accessing files on your whs server directly?

In the directories tab of GBPVR I have configured the paths to Shares which are located on my Windows Home Server. When running GBPVR through either the server or my MVP's I can view these locations and play the content. When I run GBPVR on the PCH I'm not able to access these Shares. Should I be able to access these shares through GBPVR running on the PCH in the same way as I do from my server or MVP. Hope this explains better.

Yes you should, if your MVP can access them (assuming they are valid files, some old wmv files won't play) the PCH should work. Now I need your logs. Don't forget to AutoStart one MVP server, and I would like the output from the NMT Syntax check too.
