What's the difference between GBPVR & NPVR?

Hi All,
What is the difference between GBPVR & NPVR? Does BPVR supersede GBPVR, or do they have different features, etc? Thanks Bobby

For an even quicker read, yes, NPVR supersedes GB-PVR. GB-PVR is dead, there will be no more updates nor even the tiniest bugfix for GB-PVR. NPVR doesn't have all features of GB-PVR yet, and has a bug list as long as my arm, yet in many ways works better than GB-PVR already.
