cant see any picture

Hi,

Do i need to install any certain codec packages? I installed NPVR fine but when i go to watch live tv i can see no picture. just a black screen. i can hear the audio fine which makes me think i might need a codec.

It depends if you already have decoders on your machine or not. None are installed with the application, it needs to use decoders already on your machine.

Go into the Settings screen, select Decoders, and make sure you have some decoders selected. If no options are listed, then you probably dont have decoders on your machine.
