Unable to locate tuner

I am in the process of testing NPVR to put into use full time. when i received this error. I only have 1 of my 4 tuners enabled for testing as of right now, and did a quick recording, the cancelled it and soon after tried to use live TV and received the unable to locate tuner error (or some error message like that). Any help would be appreciated, i have (I think) all pertinent patches

according to the logs it doesn't find any tuner with the channel you requested enabled. are you sure you have the channel mapped and enabled on a tuner that is enabled?

It seems to have fixed itself, i stopped and restarted npvr, and it is working as it should, the weird thing is it would record any of the channels it just wouldnt allow me to watch them as live TV
