NPVR 2.0.3 Upgrade Loses Custom Config.XML settings

I just noticed that after doing the upgrade to 2.0.3, some of my Config.XML settings were missing. I've specifically noticed:

<General>
<ComskipStartOffset>2000</ComskipStartOffset>
<ComskipEndOffset>0</ComskipEndOffset>

The upgrade process will only keep settings included in the Config-master-dont-edit.xml.

I'll add these settings to the master file in the next release so that your values are retained.

Do these adjustments get sent to the NMT?

It should apply to NMT aswell.
