Can't view Nikon raw photo

Hi Sub,
I've installed the Nikon Codec to view the raw file. I can view without any problem using the windows picture viewer. I had edited the npvr config.xml to enable the .nef extension. However, when I click on the .nef file, nothing appear. Attached here is the log file. Thank you.

I'm pretty sure the .NET image libraries dont support .nef files. You'd have to convert them to one of the common file formats if you wanted to view them in NPVR.

I only have one .nef image (long story) - XP picture viewer won't open it, but it displays OK in nPVR Pictures. .

BTW: On one of my computers (with XP) the picture viewer won't open ANY picture, it always complains about "unknown format", even the pictures are quite standard and opens fine in Paint. Any one have any advice?
