I found kind of a ticky tacky thing, but wanted to let you know. You have the feature where if a show (or channel) is not available you display a content encrypted message. Actually it is not always encrypted, it is just that you can't get it for some reason. If the cablecard is working, we should get the encrypted content we pay for. But I have a host of channels that are not available because of the switched digital stuff and get the same message. Just to reduce confusion of those that come along in the future, perhaps "Content Not Available" might be better.
