FindFilterByName failed to locate filter: NPVR TS Mon

Hi there,

I've had a failed recording tonight, and the error is: Unable to get 'NPVR TS Mon'. In the logs before that line I see: FindFilterByName failed to locate filter: NPVR TS Mon. BTW, great to see that it's trying to do the recording on another device if the first one doesn't record!

No idea how that could have happened given it was present earlier in the same log.

I've had some trouble with the firedtv's after a wakeup, but since I'm using devcon it seems to work fine. If the device wasn't ready, would it be possible it gave this error?
