Analog recording quality in NPVR

I want the analog recording quality in NPVR to be equal to what it was with high in GBPVR but I can't remember what the values were. I assume I adjust it in config.xml where it says

<Analog>
<Bitrate>3000000</Bitrate>
<BitratePeak>5000000</BitratePeak>
<BitrateMode>VBR</BitrateMode>
</Analog>

Yes, it's those settings. I cant remember the 'high' settings were in GBPVR.
