Hi everyone
I was never able to get the divico card to work with NPVR but then I saw another thread where another user had a different divico card working so I thought I give it another go.
I installed Npvr and tried it and it did not work.
I then uninstalled the divico drivers and reinstalled with the newest version. I did not scan for channels through the divico software.
I then ran the NPVR software again, scanned for channels and it picked them all up!
I then installed directx and saf6
The picture is working but very jumpy.
Tried vrm9 and evr but still does not totally fix it.
I will keep trying though. This on windows xp on and old pc.

I used an old 2GHZ Pentiun with XP as a client for quite a few months without a problem with SD but couldnt quite manage HD as it was running close to 100%. I also used a 2GHZ Athlon as a server and that was ok as long as you didnt try to run other software at the same time. When Recording it ran at just under 10% but if you started a web browser it would run at 100% for a few seconds and this would breifly interupt the recording causing a jump when played back. So it may be an idea to keep an eye on the processor to see if that is part of the problem.

Well it was working!
I turned the computer on this morning and the tv would not work. I tried to rescan the channels and it picked up none!
I will unistall the divico software again and then reinstall and see what happens

Thanks Peter
I gave it a go and it worked. But then I restarted the machine and it stopped working again.
It seems to work only after you remove everything and then re-install the drivers again.
Then NPVR can scan for channels. But as soon as I restart the machine the scan stops working, and you can't get live TV

Sounds to me like the driver is not properly initialized unless you run the native software. Sh**ty driver!

Yes it is a painful card
Luckily for me I have another pc with a better card.

I have got it working though with NPVR and with the popcorn a100. As long as I don't restart the computer.
It is certainly a strange one. The usb drivers are all loaded everytime, there must be some small change somewhere that stops npvr picking it up after reboot.
Maybe one day we will find it
