Recording duplicates fails

I'm trying to record duplicate programs. I find that after unchecking the "Avoid duplicate recordings where possible" box, it will not stay unchecked. The "Match Exact Title" or "Match Start of Title" selection is sticky, but the "Avoid duplicates" box always goes back to checked. Where is this recorded in config.xml?

Does your config.xml have a <AllowDuplicates> setting in it? If not, that'll explain the setting not sticking.
