Is it possible to (autmatically) let the System Tray disappear by NPVR when watching, recording a video or watching TV?

OK, so Alt + Enter let the task bar disappear.

But vertical view is not unsexy either.

Personally I'd be more concerned about how much background stuff you've got running in the notification tray. It looks like an app store down there!
