Hi, if I'm listening to dvb radio on a client, and go to music box and try and play a track I get an unhandled exception error message.

It doesn't look like you stop the DVB listen mode when you start random play. I suspect MB4 is trying to add to the audio queue which NextPVR might not like for DVB streams.

Here's the message. Does that mean its a bug in the plugin then?

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

In that exception text it looks like a crash in the plugin itself.

OK thanks sub.
mvallevand, are you supporting this plugin at the moment? Is this something that can be fixed?

Yes, I support it, but as I wrote above, I suspect the problem is you are starting random play with DVB radio playing. What do you expect that to do?

stop the radio and start the music. I think thats how the basic music player works isn't it? It's not just with random, or digital radio as far as I can tell. If I watch tv and then try to play a file through MB4 with out exiting TV I get the same error.
From a simple user perspective it seems like the native music player knows to stop what ever else is going on before starting to play, but MB4 doesn't.

Because of the jukebox nature MB4 is designed to add to the queue of music so I can't simple assume that I should stop the playlist every time things get added. I won't spend a lot of time on it but if it is a simple fix, I will consider it.

As for TV and a MB4 together, Windows doesn't have a problem with that, that would be a change for sub not MB4 since watching something like a supporting event with music wouldn't be unreasonable.

thanks for considering it. ive been using it for something like 6 years, and this is the first time I've noticed the problem, so it's hardly a big issue if it can't be resolved! as an alternative, is there some way to suppress the error message, or even not launch the plugin if the dvb is active. Just thinking of WAF as the un-handled exception tends to lock up the computer.
