add two frequencies to a dvb-s source

this must be the simplest wish ever, sub can you please add these two frequencies/lines to the file "1600 OPTUS D1 (160.0E).ini"

this adds the frequencies for Sky Sport 3 HD, ESPN HD and TVNZ Kidzone 24.
