Scanning stalls

Hi

Just trying to get started. Using Windows XP.

I have an oldish Savvy hybrid usb tuner. When I go to device setup and scan, nothing happens - no channels are detected. The program crashes when I cancel the scan.

Does this device work in any software? It looks like it's refusing to hook up with the Microsoft Network Provider. I'm not really sure what to suggest for that one.

Yes - it works with SmartDVB.

Sorry, I'm not really sure what to suggest for that one. There isn't any obvious cause of the problem in the logs.
