NPVR 2.5.9 + hdhomerun DVB-C, Black picture and no sound

have found all channels but when I see one coming only a black picture and no sound
it can be any decoder I missing?
or what do I do?

It is probably a case of missing decoders. You cent set the decoders on the Settings->Decoders screen.

I'd start by setting the audio renderer back to default.

You need to set an MPEG2 decoder. You're on Win8, where the 'Microsoft DTV-DVD Video Decoder' decoder has been knobbled to not work with 3rd party apps, so don't choose that decoder.
