Hi,
I've followed the instructions and still i get a fuzzy black screen, no errors.
on the first install, i could hear the channels, and at times i could view all the channels, but when i close the program and start it up again, i get just a fuzzy black screen. on my reinstall of the program, i now get no sound =(, except one channel works sometimes.
i can use zap2it just fine, and i can watch tv just fine using hauppage software wintv2000.
i've tried unclicking 'use livetv if possible' but it doesnt help.

winxp sp2, dx9.0c, .net runtime v1.1
xp3000+, 1gig ram
80gb sata
pvr250
nf7-s 2.0
onboard sound
w/all drivers upto date
on cable in canada

if u can help, thank u very much.

Dang... I am reading this thinking there might be more of a problem than I thought.

System specs are almost the same as lost's.

Winxp Sp2, Dx9, .net runtime v1.1
NF7-S with AMD 2600+ (Running at 2200 11x200 and stable)
Ati 9600xt (583x332)
3 Harddrives - 2 ide (120 and 200) 1 sata (300)
Sb Live 5.1 value
Ethernet card and Modem card
and ... ta da! - Hauppauge PVR-250.

My issues are the exact same as Lost's. I can see channels 1 - 12 if I load tunning assistant and select antenna instead of cable. Otherwise, nothing. Using the supplied Hauppauge software as above, I have no problems. (Except the lack of TV listings, Us only) Shame... I really liked the looks and capabilites of this software. Keep up the great work! Waiting and praying for and help/ideas! Thanks in advance.

Ps - From Canada too!

Strange... just found out I get some high channels in perfectly. Everything else though just doesn't want to come in.

I had the same issue, then I upgraded to the latest drivers at shspvr.com
Fixed the channel scan issue totally.
I also had troubles using the VMR7 and 9, and had to switch to overlay for viewing, until I upgraded DirectX.
You can never have enough tuners!
Pentium Quad / 4Gb Dual Channel RAM / XPSP3 / 2 x PVR-500, PVR-250 / GB-PVR
