Device won't start (Anysee E30C)

I'm using Windows Mediacenter for many years. First with analog tuners now with 2 Anysee E30C tuners with recieve digital cable.

Since XMBC 12 i like to try something new. TV support is provided in combination with NextPVR.
Under settings->devices i see my 2 devices but when i press 'Device setup'--> 'Scan' (device channels) i get the error: Unable to start device: Device failed to start.
In the log i see the error: Failed to start device: 0x8007048f

Google didn't help me with this error.


I install all the patches for 2.5.9 but still it don't work

The Anysee CNO drivers are also updated to the latest version but still no result.

Other info:
Windows 7 (32bits)
Anysee E30C for Cable (Ziggo, the Netherlands)
NPVR 2.5.9 with the pathes post on this forum under sticky

The Program Files/npvr folder contains filtercheck.exe . Please Run as Administrator and post the filtercheck.log that is created. Thanks.

If WMC is not deactivated it might still hold the tuners preventing npvr from using them.

I google how to turn off MediaCenter without a reinstall and post the result after that.

Start Button --> Control Panel --> Programs and Features --> Turn Windows Features on or off --> Media Features --> Windows Media Center and tick off. I recommend a reboot after its off.

Turning windows Media Center off doesn't change a thing...

Uninstalled the Anysee drivers -> Reboot -> Scan -> Message about missing filters. ed.
Installed the Anysee drivers -> Reboout -> Scan -> Device can't startup..

Does the devices work in WMC? Or any native software that comes with it?

In WMC it always works.
But i like to switch to XMBC

I think this is something Sub will have to look into, it is known that some devices need a special initialization to work, I don't know if those are among them.
