Device not showing up, found in logs and FilterCheck (BDA.ini)

Hi,
I can't get my device to show up in NextPVR. It's one of the DM04 models, but a new version LME_PCTV_DVBS_RS2000 (previous models were SHARP and LG).

I have checked the logs and ran filter check (all attached), and it appears in the logs and shows in/out in FilterCheck.

I read in a previous post (http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...r-Support) that they have previously edited 'BDA.ini' to add their version, but I can't find this file anywhere.

Any help?

Please ignore anything in the logs relating to USB 2861 or USB EMP audio. These are an unrelated device

BDA.ini is for the old GB-PVR app. NPVR doesn't use it; all digital tuners are auto-detected.

It doesn't work for me on my Windows Server 2012 but does in Windows 8. Is there something special required for Server versions of Windows?

I have read that server versions don't include the BDA stuff. It is said that Google will tell you where to find the BDA stuff and how to install it.
