I am using EPGCollector to download listings and this data comes along with posters of the various programs, however it does not get associated with those programs i.e. is not visible. All of the information is put into two specific directories and has a unique reference number that EPGCollector references in an entry called Icon within the XMLTV file. This Icon however does not show up in the program guide so I am guessing something needs to happen to make this so. I initially thought that the XMLTV Extras utility might do something about that, but it does not.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I suspect that pictures should be in the media\shows folder in the NextPVR data folder. I'm not sure what the builtin TV Guide does with them. The Recordings screen might show pictures ... http://www.nextpvr.com/nwiki/pmwiki.php?...on.ShowArt

I use TV Listings and this display images .. see screenshots ... http://www.nextpvr.com/nwiki/pmwiki.php?...TVListings

Yeah I've tried the TV Listings addon but on my machine it continually brings up exceptions. In the end I decided I would be better just using the built in one. This one though does see images that I added through the TVDB functions in TV Listings, it just does not see the ones added by EPGCollector in the XMLTV file.

The TV listings plugin loads the images into the media\shows folder which is where the built in TV Guide/Recordings looks. None of these plugins look in the xml file afaik.

After running TV Listings for several years, I started getting loads of exceptions a short while back after I had been installing various pre-releases/updates. I fixed it by simply downloading the latest TV Listings and making sure I installed it correctly. It is a very good quality plugin and if installed right (along with the latest nPVR), its absolutely rock solid and does not barf. Its worth getting it working.
