Will it work to pull the file from my windows machine? Bgowland is correct on how the nook and many other android devices list sd and ext-sd, both my cellphones use sd and ext-sd in the same way.
Sorry for the lack of info. I've found a few Android gotchas in my code (File system unicode differences and no system temp folder for the external library used for SOAP), which I've worked past, and I can now stream live tv etc but my tablet isn't up to streaming live HD tv, it might be wifi or my chip, so I have to use vlc transcoding. Where my current problems are
- I can't load a large guide (maybe RAM) so I have to load my smaller channel groups,
- scrolling with the touch pad doesn't work or should I say the python code doesn't understand the swipe codes to turn a page, and I haven't found them documented. Hooked up to a keyboard I can get it to work.
I am not sure how much interest there is in this anyway, but I'll poke away at it.
Thanks for the update. I use my tablet as my bedroom tv so I don't disturb my Wife, everything works in Sub's plugin with the exception of HD feeds which stutter.

If you need to pick my brains on anything Martin, feel free.
Thanks Brian, it's probably quite different than you are used to. XBMC on Android is not based on the Android SDK and there is no Java just native c and c++ with the Android NDK My code is python running with xbmc's embedded python & plugin api
Any progress on this problem? Football season starts this week and I often watch the Sunday and Monday night games in bed until I fall to sleep and would like to be able to watch in HD on my Nook.
Sorry I've been updating x-newa to see if I can speed up epg loading so it's not really in release state for 2.6.2 If I can salvage something that runs on my tablet I'll post it on Saturday morning.
Give this alpha a go but if you have any problems, I will need the xbmc.log
- I recommend using a reduced channel group to save EPG load time
- My two boxes didn't provide the gesture up and down to navigate the EPG so I have a hack to scroll down only. You need to exit to go up.
- Both my $60 CVS tablet and my Galaxy Tab 2 needed VLC transcoding for HD.
