Do Win7 time synchronization with NTP server cause glitches in ts file?

When I synchronize time with NTP server on Win7, can this produce glitch in ts file?

No, shouldn't do. It doesn't rely on the current time.

I did seem to encounter some glitches in the recent 3.2.9 version but still not sure whether it's signal problem or the version problem. I will have to look further into it.
