"Tuner Not Available"

Within nPVR 3.3.8, my channels are working fine. I have the add-on enabled in xbmc and when i enter 'Live TV', I see a list of all my channels. However, when I select any of the channels I get the message "Tuner Not Available". The nPVR service is running. I would really appreciate some help with this, thanks.

If you're using the latest Helix on Windows, try the updated addon posted here by Martin last week.

If you're on an earlier version, like Gotham, you could try disabling timeshift mode in the addonsettings.

I suspect your problem is that you are using major.minor channel numbers (i.e. 7.1, 13.2, etc.) which XBMC does not support. You can customize your channel numbers in Settings->Channels.

Yep, true - if you're ATSC user, it's probably that. In which case you can either use the new Helix addon I referred to above, or you can renumber your channels to set the channel numbers to whole numbers (ie, minor set to zero).
