Windows 8.1 Decoders MPEG2

I have Cyber link Power DVD and would like to add it to the settings in NPVR decoders section. The MPEG2 decoder is disabled and will not allow any change. What do I need to do to set this?

You may have to register the file. It's been awhile since I've done it but I believe it was something like this:

cd c:\windows\system32
regsvr32.exe dllname.ax

[jcfaber1]

That makes sense, Now I just need to know the DLL names.

Just for your info after PDVD 13 v1.0.1130.5105 the MPEG 2 Codec is no longer available outside of PDVD - H264 still works. (If anyone knows different please tell!)
