Unable to start device: Device failed to start

Hello i have installed npvr here on my tv-server for the fist time.
After the installation i would like to scan for channels but i always get the same message on all 4 tuners:

Unable to start device: Device failed to start

My tuners are Digital Devices Cine-S2 http://www.digital-devices.eu/shop/de/ci...-card?c=93

I have re-installed the driver without a effect

The DVBViewer Recording-Service or Argus in this PC works without any problem.

Are this cards not supported from npvr?

I can see in the logs that it's failing to hook up, but it's not entirely clear why. I know it doesn't help get it working for you, but I happen to have a Cine-S2 device in my machine right now, and it is hooking up fine.

I'm not really sure what to suggest on this one.

No!!! All services like DVBViewer Recording-Service or Argus are stopped.

Bummer this didn't get it working for you.

If you're up for it, I'm happy to remote into your machine to see if I can find the cause. If so, I'm available for the next hour, and can connect using either TeamViewer, Logmein or Remote Desktop.
