Hi Guys,
just wanted to warn people that my Samsung Evo drive failed after 6 months of use. It fell off a cliff where over a few days things started to hiccup sporadically until one of my programs was completely corrupt. In this case it was my LM remote key map software stopped seeing the blaster. I couldn't even reinstall it because something was majorly broken. NPVR also started to react very slowly.
Anyway then I tried to use the firmware and performance fix which did nothing. Then I tried to restore windows to a previous state and that was even worse. Then I finally tried to reimage and that was when it totally lost it. Something happened where my computer couldn't even boot with the HDD in place. I had to buy a new HDD (kingston SSD) which right now seems to have fixed the problem. In my hurry though I didn't realize it was a sandforce controller which I had problems before with S3 sleep (keeping my fingers crossed though).

Note though that they still haven't fixed it for all drives and situations.
If you are thinking of getting an SSD don't get the EVO line. Total disappointment.
