I am using the NextPVR in Finland with live TV, but it seems that when the show is named for example "Family Guy" the metadata will come ok, but if it's "Family Guy (7)", which is the age restriction the metadata will not be available. Almost all the shows in my country have the age restriction in the shows name. Is there a workaround for this issue?

Odd. I've never heard of anywhere doing that. There isn't any current work around to that, but if you remind me after the release, then I can give you a patch to try. (Unfortunately I can't do it now because my build is no longer compatible with 3.3.8 you're running.)

That's similar to the ® in show names here when the show is a rerun, same issue with metadata here so you know what to do

Yeah it's weird, probably limited to the Nordic countries. For example there is a movie coming today and it's name on the EPG is: " Elokuva: Tapaus 39 (16) " Elokuva means movie, then it's the name of the movie and after that, the age restriction.

I am not actually sure if these things are the issue, but I rarely get any metadata. The only shows I remember, which have metadata are Top Chef and Sinkkulaiva. http://thetvdb.com/?tab=series&id=267748&lid=11

Interesting. I'd certainly pay for a subscription if there were a lineup for my area with correct season/episode numbers and other epg data

Are you in Norway pas per your "Location" in the forum? We don't have DVB-T for Norway yet, but we'll have DVB-S.
