Metadata image stuck on certain view

I recently updated to 3.4.8 and have been using the metadata feature on new movies that I have been ripping from dvd's. I run into an issue where on certain occasions there are multiple movies with the same name and I picked the wrong one. For example, 101 dalmations there is the old animated one and the newer remake. The first time I selected the remake data and need the animated one. The folder graphic is changed in the folder but it still displays the old graphic from the first selection I made. If I change views then it shows the correct image but the view with the synopsis still shows the wrong picture. Even after shutting down and restarting. Is there anyway to refresh the data to make it read the folder again? I've even deleted it and then copied back and it still shows the wrong image.

In the Users/Public/NPVR/Thumbs folder Select All - Delete
