HE-AAC decoder codec for windows

Hello,

Problem: HE-AAC is Disabled in Decoders.

Tried these fixes: Downloading various he-aac dlls and trying to register them with regsvr32. Installing various he-aac codecs but not showing up in npvr, even after reboot.

I tried to search this forum for he-aac, in various formations but I always got a No matches.

So where do I get such a codec from? I have search the web for days on end and getting nowhere.
Any help is appreciated.

The LAV decoder package supports HE-AAC, so does the Monogram decoder.

Edit: BTW, it is the .ax file you should register
