EPG won't load

Last night I couldn't connect to SD as they were doing maintenance. Tonite I tried and it does connect but even after 3 tries to download, it comes up blank. I emptied the EPG and tried again twice but it's still empty..
Can't really tell much from the logs but I've attached them anyway. It looks like it's having trouble finding listings. I did add a new Prime tuner, scanned for channels, found over 400 then just copied the channels from the first Prime tuner. Could that be the problem? Previously when I only had 1 Prime, it did pick up all the listings correctly.

They were having problems earlier, and have tweaked some settings for better performance. I've just tested an EPG update, and it's go through ok, so maybe worth retrying.

I did a new channel scan and ran the update again. It did pull in some listings but less than half.
I watched part of what it was doing (it took forever too) and saw some things I've not seen before.
I'm not sure why I'm only getting parts of the listings but I'll see what happens the next few days.

For that particular error, I don't think it's a critical error, but you could try reducing the <SchedulesDirectDays> value in config.xml

SD updates are working now, but taking a very long time relative to the times it was taking last week. Previously, the SD updates were taking ~12 minutes to complete but recently (early AM at scheduled time) the update took around 45 minutes to complete. Earlier in the day yesterday during my testing, they were taking over 90 minutes and not completing. Since my server is put to sleep after X amount of time of non-activity, it was causing issues when I tried watch live TV upon wake from sleep, until the epg update finally completed once the server had resumed.

Even after setting the number of days down to 14 from 21, it only grabs about half the channels. It happens to both analog and digital. And, it's only 1 system (I have NPVR on 2 boxes). One pulls things in fine and the other doesn't. But it sure does take a long time to bring them down.

But, neither is pulling in 21 days of listings. Both, though set for 21, only pull in about 2 weeks so something must be going on at SD still.

Yes, still under investigation. The backend database seems to be choking and that's what's being looked at right now.
