FM Radio Windows 10

I am having an issue with FM Radio and was wondering if anyone has seen anything similar. Thanks in advance for any support that can be provided.

Here is the scenario
1) Start NextPVR
2) Play one of my FM Radio stations that I have configured, the sound works.
3) Switch to OTA TV station, video and sound work
4) Switch back to FM Radio station, it appears to find the station but no sound comes out

I can then switch back to a TV station and it functions normally.

To get FM Radio to work again I need to reboot my PC.

Running
Windows 10, NextPVR 3.5.7, Hauppauge Wintv-hvr-2255, Loaded Win TV 8

When you switch back to the FM radio, does a new buffer file get created in the live tv directory, and does it contain data?

Does it work ok on your wintv8 app? (As a comparison)

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you, work keeps getting in the way

When I switch back to the FM Radio a new buffer file is created and it continues to grow. When I close NextPVR the buffer file gets deleted.

I made a copy of the file before closing the app and attempted to play it, comes up with a blank screen and no sound.

Yes it works on wintv8 app. Switch back and forth with no issues

Have the same problem on my config.
Seems that NPVR can't switch on audio (from FM).
If I start fm radio with another app (Mediaportal, Potplayer) i can hear fm radio.
Then, if i call Npvr again i can hear radio.
Tell me if you need logs
