I have HD HomeRun with two ATSC tuners. Both are set up in devices settings. I scanned and have all their channels loaded (I used the function to copy one to the other, but now have individually scanned them, although I can't imagine why that would help). Both have the "Enabled" toggle checked. However, it appears NPVR is only using one tuner.
When I try to record two shows at the same time, either with a full period conflict or with just the padding overlap, I can only record one show. If I eliminate the padding, then shows overlapping now both are in the pending recordings list.
The "recurring recordings" shows all requested recordings, but the pending recordings only lists shows with no conflicts.
The conflicts list is empty - it doesn't indicate there are any conflicts.
The above is not just what it shows, but what actually happens: after a week of the new season, I in fact only recorded shows where there had been no overlaps.

Please reboot to force a restart of the NextPVR recording service (and everything else) to start new log files. Then recreate the problem and zip and attache logs describing the time of all relevant events so that we know where to look in the logs ... might include time that you scheduled the recording and the name and time that the shows should have recorded. Thank you.

Sorry for the delay. Needed a big time window since I'm not familiar with this...
I rebooted. From about 9/29/2015, 10:00 PM to 10:16, I then:
1. Removed recording entries from both pending and recurring for 9/30, 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Modern Family & Law & Order SVU).
2. Rescheduled them using quick record in the guide. The guide turned red for both, indicating they would record and new entries appeared in the pending recordings.
3. Deleted the pending recordings and went back to guide.
4. Attempted to set up recurring recordings ("Record Season (NEW episodes on this channel"). The items in the guide did NOT turn red. When I checked pending recordings, they were not there, although they were in the recurring recordings list. Checking for "Find All", it indicated those episodes were on the list.
5. Proceeded to set "Quick Record for other TV shows on 9/30, 10/1, 10/2 and 10/4 between the hours of 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM HST.

The attached logs are for the time above (the NPVR log continued after the actions above since I had the app still open).

doing what you did added the episodes you want to record to the recently_deleted list, so they won't be recorded by recurring recordings. you can run "nextpvr.exe -removehistory" to purge the recently_deleted history, then run an epg update to get the episodes scheduled.

you do appear to have overlapping shows scheduled in one or two cases, and no conflicts are being generated, so I can only assume your other problems are solved.

it's really hard to tell for sure though, as you only posted 2 individual logs. if you still think you have any problem after the -removehistory and epg udpate, then post your entire logs folder.
