Time display "broken" on this site?

I have the location set so the time shows up correctly to me when I post something. Minutes ago I posted a message and it stated I did so at 10:03 am today. This was really done at 1803 on Friday the 13th. Is this a Friday the 13th joke?

Well, we are just going to have to chain him to his desk in New Zeeland so he can fix these things.

Not if you set it to your time zone. It was working. Must be the 13th.
