Problem with Kodi TV Guide

Hi, I've installed NextPVR with Kodi 15.2 and the PVR addon.

Everything seems to be working great but there is one key feature that I seem to be missing on the Kodi side. When I go into NextPVR itself I see all the program listings and which shows are marked as "new". But, when I look at the guide via Kodi I don't seem to see any programs marked as new at all. Is there anyway to get program data within Kodi have new episodes marked as new?

Ah, that explains it. If I installed something like the emby addon for Kodi and it pulled info from an Emby server do you think that would work possibly? My wife really misses that feature.

Why not just use X-NEWA and get the exact same NextPVR interface you get on the server?

I had no idea what X-NEWA was, thanks for that. Looking into it now.
