I was thinking about this too. Eventually for video conferencing. I was trying to find a command line or some code that could connect to a camera on an ip I would like to get sound too. The closest I have found so far is source that I would have to write the client and server side. No audio and still frames per second. The problem is I want it as a mpeg or something so I do not run into the refresh issue on the mvp.

I want a wireless camera next to my tv that connects to my computer. I can then write a plugin (if I figure it out) that would connect to a remote client and start their video/audio stream. And then use my wireless camera and send my video/audio feed to them. Ideally working even if both are connected to the MVP.

I noticed that microsoft messenger no longer supports the sdk for it.

Hi Jorm,

There are a couple of IP cameras on ebay, not too expensive.Which have audio and motion detection.http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?V...78395&rd=1
Another make is the VEO ip camera which has Pan and Tilt. These cameras are more for security, don't think they could be used for Video confer. They have there own IP address and are accessed through a web browser.
Regards

I have an old logitech camera same apis should be used. I need to take a look at netmeeting sdk or windows media sdk when I get a chance. I see my gbpvr as my set top box for everything if I can get it to work. Smile
