I see in the skin that the callout for the clock and next recording are there, and the panels are there, so why don't they show on the main screen?

Go into devnz\gbpvr\skin\Blue\main menu, and edit skin.xml

Remove the <!-- --> around
<SpecialElement name="Panel" panelName="Clock" visible="true" transparency="0.7" loc="1,1" size="220,70"/>
<SpecialElement name="Panel" panelName="NextRecording" visible="true" transparency="0.7" loc="225,1" size="490,70"/>

That will un-comment them and make them active. Reopen and enjoy.

I love that feature also. Didn't it look different in the previous version? Clock and next showing all in one box, more transparent?

To add the video archive panel (assuming you have already downloaded and installed the video archive plug-in) add the following to your skin.xml file in the "main menu" subidrectory of your active skin
Quote: <SpecialElement name="Panel" panelName="VAPanel" visible="true" transparency="1.0" loc="400,1" size="310,130"/>

To make the panel more transparent, decrease the 1.0 number to something lower, like 0.5.

Or just go to the panel skin and change the fill color to Transparent

I added

<SpecialElement name="Panel" panelName="VAPanel" visible="true" transparency=".5" loc="400,1" size="310,130"/>

Looks great, thanks! I just added that to my list of things to do when updating GBPVR.
