The Modern Web Interface is not displaying any information in TV Guide, just blank screen with banner at top. NextPVR, Now, Recordings, Scheduler menus all displaying correctly. Classic Interface displays programs in TV Guide. I use Schedules Direct for EPG.

Is this internally on your LAN or from outside? If it is outside your LAN, try accessing from your LAN first. If that loads the data, then try externally again.
Tuners: SD HDHR Prime (HDHR3-CC). SD HDHR Connect Quatro Tuner (HDHR5-4US) - only QAM.  EXVIST H.265 Encoder - capturing cable box.
Client: Odroid-N2 running knewc on KODI - connected via MoCA.
EPG: SchedulesDirect
Provider: Verizon Fios
Server: Dell XPS 8700 with Windows 10

Also ake sure that you have all of the scripts enabled. It looks like the new web UI makes calls to ajax.googleapis.com, fuelcdn.com and cloudflare.com.

When I click "Watch", NoScript is showing that the web page wants to connect to zencdn.net. Why are there calls outside my LAN when I'm viewing inside the LAN?

Same is happening to me, doesn't matter if I am on local LAN or outside my firewall. Its actually worse outside my firewall, I don't see anything but black screens remotely.
Logs attached!
Thanks!

Right you will need internet access and script exclusions off for the new NextPVR web pages, several js pages are loaded. UJB and sub choose not to distribute them

This is the way most of these javascript library providers recommend you include their code for use in your web apps. It's pretty standard. We could look at including them with the web app in future though.

I too am seeing the issue when using Chrome on Windows. If I switch from all channels to a small list (7 channels) then I can see the program grid -- it is offset downward and to the left, so the larger channel list makes it invisible because it is off the bottom of the screen. When I try viewing the grid in MS Edge it shows up OK. Interestingly, it also shows up OK on my chromebook's version of Chrome.

I am also seeing nothing TV Guide with Firefox or Chrome.
After closing the browser, Web Log on the server seems to continue to serve request ?!

I restarted the Recording service on the server and no more Web Log entries
