yep... yep definitely a bug...
so i have shitty client rpi3 ... ok it sorta sucks but maybe i just haven't configured it properly yet. there's still no excuse for this though. ... it's your plugin, and your server software, your server software at least should know not to do this.
my slow ass client was being slow, so i pressed the record button twice. what happened? ah it started recording the exact same show twice, at the exact same time with a duplicate looking file name. please see attached picture. [ATTACHMENT NOT FOUND]
there's literally no use case where you'd want this to happen. ... the resource monitor shows 6MB/s ... 48mbps ... 2 streams getting written for one channel same thing... how? why? who? who would want this?
anyhoo needless to say the rpi won't tune to another channel while this craziness ensues. Also, when we reach the end of what's been recorded, instead of just becoming live tv like you'd expect in a pvr application, it stopped. maybe that's kodi's fault. i'll go tell them about it too.
